This is not just a product it's a memory. My son is turning 2 next month and this board with all 12 months filled is the most-asked-about thing whenever family visits. Overall very happy with the purchase. The size is generous it's larger than I imagined and has a real presence on the wall. The personalisation is done neatly. The only minor issue was a tiny chip on one corner of the arch likely from transit. It's not noticeable once hung, but worth checking immediately on arrival and contacting the seller if needed. They were responsive and offered a discount on my next order, so customer service was good.

The board itself is nice my wife loves the design and our baby's name looks great in the gold lettering. However, dispatch took 8 days after ordering, which was longer than the estimated 3–5 days. I had to follow up twice before getting a tracking update. The product quality makes up for the wait, but sellers should improve communication during processing. Would order again if delivery timelines were more reliable.
