We have a 2-day replacement policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a replacement.

Defective Orders or Damaged

If your ordered product arrives broken, damaged, or with a defect, we will make and ship a new one to you at no cost to you.

Check your order as it arrives and let us know within 2 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you.

No refund claims can be made based on the color and texture of the wood.

The color and texture of wood grain will vary from product to product. This is the characteristic of all-natural products and it makes your product unique. The color of the products may vary according to the calibration of your screen.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
As this order will be customized, no refunds or return can be made for dislike of your own given image
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sold item.

Some changes in the picture is expected after editing. Hence it cannot be 100% match. Claims made upon Face mismatch will not be considered for replacement.


Exchanges

Exchange can be given if the order received is damaged or incase wrong item is received

 

Cancelation on COD orders

Incase if the Cash on Delivery order is canceled after confirmation.  We take full right to use the canceled product as samples on our website and social media with not prior notice.
